Comicspace is actually starting to look kind of useful... like DA, but
more oriented towards sequential art. The ability to create galleries
for each title is kind of nice, as is the facility for video galleries
via YouTube.

I'm looking for someone to design a corporate/event logo (NOT AN ANIME
DESIGN). The design should be bold, modern, preferably flat colours
and look good on both plain white and plain black backgrounds, and be
suitable for a website banner and printing on T-shirts. I'd be willing
to pay up to £50 for a good design.

I know that this is one of those "how long is a piece of string"
questions, but anyway... a friend of mine has been offered the
prospect of an animation commission by a commercial company, and the
problem is that it's his first professional animation job, and he has
basically no idea how much he should charge for it.

Here's an example of the kind of thing he (his team) may be called
upon to do. He actually did the original character designs for this
video, but not the CGI animation itself (WARNING: CONTAINS GRAPHIC
VIOLENCE, EXTREME RANDOMNESS AND MONKEYS).
